Carolina Rubiano

Carolina Rubiano, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Advisor at JM Family Enterprises, Inc. since July 2023, Carolina previously held the position of Director of Human Resources at NorthStar Memorial Group from December 2018 to July 2023, overseeing HR activities for over 500 employees in the Florida region.
