Chyrel Morales

Chyrel Morales, MBA, CSPO, PSM1, serves as the Lead Business Process Analyst at JM Family Enterprises, Inc. since February 2021. Prior to this role, Chyrel was an Agile Squad Leader and Lead Business Analyst at World Fuel Services from November 2012 to July 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing the planning and deployment of business, financial, and operations systems while leading three Scrum delivery teams. Chyrel began the career at Assurant in March 2001, ultimately holding the position of Business Analyst IV/Lead in Financial Systems Support until November 2012, focusing on process improvement and financial systems projects. Chyrel holds both a Master's in Business Administration and a Bachelor's in Accounting from Barry University.
