Heather Bascome

Heather Bascome, SPHR, currently serves as the CHRO for JM Family Holdings, with a tenure at JM Family Enterprises, Inc. beginning in December 2012. Bascome has progressed through various roles, including Director of People Strategy, Senior Manager of People Strategy, Lead People Strategy Advisor, Human Resources Manager, and Senior Human Resources Generalist. Prior experience includes multiple positions at Motorola Mobility from June 2004 to November 2012, focusing on human resources consulting, EEO/AAP, and employee relations. Academically, Bascome holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Central Florida.
