Todd Clarke

Todd Clarke is an experienced legal and executive professional currently serving as Vice President of Associate Services & JM Lexus at JM Family Enterprises, Inc. since January 2025. Prior to this role, Todd held multiple positions within Southeast Toyota Distributors, LLC and JM Lexus, including General Counsel and Deputy General Counsel from May 2013 to January 2025. Todd also served as General Counsel for Southeast Toyota Finance from April 2021 to December 2024 and held roles at JM&A Group, where the titles included Deputy General Counsel and Senior Counsel. Todd began the legal career as an Associate at White & Steele, PC, and later at Bunnell Woulfe P.A. Todd holds a JD from the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law and a B.S. in Finance from Florida State University - College of Business.
