Rachael Spence

Rachael Spence is the Director of Talent Acquisition at JM Search. Rachael has over eight years of experience in talent acquisition and management. Rachael started their career as an administrative assistant at Frank V. Radomski & Sons, Inc. After two years, they were promoted to Manager of Talent Acquisition at The Judge Group. In July 2014, Rachael joined the Philadelphia 76ers as a Sixers Dancer. Rachael danced for four years before joining JM Search in July 2018.

Rachael Spence graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania.
