Abby Lynch

Abby Lynch is an accomplished professional in the field of Food Science, currently serving as a Senior Technologist in Coffee Products Research at The J.M. Smucker Co. since January 2020. With a strong background in sensory evaluation, Abby has managed numerous panels, updated Standard Operating Procedures, and effectively communicated findings through detailed reports. Previous experience includes roles as a Sensory Technician at the Penn State Sensory Evaluation Center and as a Sensory Intern at The J.M. Smucker Company. Abby also has research and development experience from an internship at Agropur, and a diverse background in safety inspections, food service, nutrition auditing, and mechanical engineering. Abby holds a Bachelor's degree in Food Science from Penn State University and is currently studying abroad in Food Science at University College Dublin.
