Jay Buser

Jay Buser is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in information systems governance and risk management. Currently serving as Vice President of IS Governance and Corporate Administration at The J.M. Smucker Company since September 2012, Buser's previous roles included Director positions in various aspects of IS governance and risk management. Prior to joining The J.M. Smucker Company, Buser was employed at EY from January 2001 to September 2012, where Buser progressed from Staff Auditor to Senior Manager, leading IT risk and assurance audits primarily in the manufacturing sector. Buser holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Kent State University, obtained between 1996 and 2000, and completed high school at Western Reserve High School from 1992 to 1996.
