William Cover

William Cover is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in corporate and manufacturing environments. Since February 2017, William has served as the Senior Manager of Corporate Engineering at The J.M. Smucker Company, where responsibilities include providing leadership to direct reports and driving manufacturing productivity to achieve strategic goals. Prior to this role, William accumulated 15 years of experience at General Mills in various engineering and maintenance positions, including Senior Lead Electrical and Controls Engineer, Maintenance Manager, and Controls Engineering Leader. William's career also includes roles at Bricmont, Inc. and NOXSO Corporation, starting as an Electrical Engineer. William holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University, earned between 1987 and 1992.
