Jonathan Saltis

Jonathan Saltis is a seasoned professional in the automotive industry, currently serving as Dealer Performance Manager at JM&A Group since January 2018. Jonathan has held multiple leadership roles, including Chair of the Field Input Team and District Manager within the company, demonstrating a strong background in performance management. Prior to this, Jonathan was Finance Director and Sales Manager at Cox Mazda & Cox Chevrolet from June 2009 to January 2018. Jonathan is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management at Florida Atlantic University, expected to be completed in December 2025, and has previously studied at Kent State University and Miami University, where foundational knowledge in business administration was acquired.
