Kevin Morgan is a seasoned finance professional with over 20 years of experience in real estate and investment banking. Currently serving as a Partner at JMA Ventures LLC since June 2012, Kevin is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and securing equity and debt financing for acquisitions, as well as managing assets and portfolio companies. Prior to this role, Kevin held various positions at Deutsche Bank from April 2005 to June 2012, including Vice President, Associate, and Analyst within the Real Estate, Gaming, Lodging & Leisure Investment Banking Group. Earlier experience includes a role as an Analyst at KeyBanc Capital Markets from September 2003 to March 2005 in the Financial Sponsors Group and Equity Capital Markets Group. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and Business Economics from Ohio University, earned between 1999 and 2003.
