Michael Bartlett

Michael Bartlett is the current Director of Experience Innovation at JMARK Business Solutions, Inc. Prior to this, they were the User Experience Manager at Springfield Missouri Public Schools from February 2016 to February 2018. In this role, they were responsible for all vendor relationships and customer experience, working with numerous stakeholder groups from across the organization to understand needs/requirements and then translating these to solutions. Michael also managed the build and deployment of the district's first Voice of Customer program. From April 2011 to December 2015, Bartlett was a Technical Consultant at HealthMEDX. In this role, they managed new client custom work requests from inception to delivery, identified and executed on new opportunities to drive both client and company goals, oversaw the successful conversion of custom electronic billing from 4010 to 5010 regulations, and acted as main client liaison across 125 clients for this critical project.

Michael Bartlett has a Masters in Science in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Sussex. Michael's focus is on Knowledge Based Systems.
