Ina Shkoza

Ina Shkoza has a diverse work experience that spans several years. Ina started their career as an intern at Plus Communication, where they worked on WCDMA coverage planning in Albania using the ATOLL planning tool. In 2012, they joined Telecom Italia as an engineering apprentice, where they focused on mobile network optimization and completed their Master's thesis on interference management in frequency reuse units.

Following their time at Telecom Italia, Ina worked as a network engineering consultant at ALTEN Italia. Ina first supported SITE Spa in drive test post-processing data and analysis for Vodafone repeater equipment. Later, they moved on to remote analysis and monitoring of Vodafone repeater equipment, optimizing frequency configuration using KPIs and resolving field issues.

In 2015, they joined JMA Wireless as a Value Added Service (VAS) Engineer, where they worked on undisclosed projects.

Throughout their career, Ina has gained valuable experience in network engineering, optimization, and analysis in the telecommunications industry.

Ina Shkoza completed their Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering at Università Politecnica delle Marche from 2005 to 2011. Ina then pursued a Master's degree in Telecommunication Engineering at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna from 2011 to 2014.
