Melissa Tarcea

Melissa Tarcea is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in global human resources operations and integration. Presently serving as the Director of Global HR Operations at JMA Wireless since September 2025, Melissa previously held a similar title at Norstella from January 2022 to September 2025. Prior roles include HR Manager and Division HR Integration Lead at LORD Corporation and Division Human Resources Manager at Whirlpool Corporation. Melissa's career began as a Sr. HR Generalist in both labor relations and generalist roles at Goodrich Aircraft Wheels & Brakes and Goodrich Engine Components. Melissa obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Communications from Baldwin Wallace University between 2001 and 2004.
