Swapnil Kadam

Swapnil Kadam has a diverse work experience in the field of wireless engineering and technology. Swapnil currently holds the position of Sr. Systems Engineer at JMA Wireless since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an LTE BBU/EPC Engineer at the same company from October 2017 to June 2022.

Before joining JMA Wireless, Swapnil worked as a Wireless FOA Engineer at WorldLink US from July 2013 to September 2017. Prior to that, they served as an RF Tools & Network Engineer at Accuver Americas from January 2013 to June 2013.

Swapnil also has experience working as a Senior Wireless Engineer at Nielsen Mobile. During their tenure from November 2011 to December 2012, they were responsible for benchmarking CDMA voice and LTE data networks, leading a team of engineers, providing root cause analysis, and post-processing drive test data.

Before Nielsen Mobile, Swapnil worked as an Associate RF Engineer at Glow Networks from May 2011 to November 2011. Swapnil'sresponsibilities included managing LTE eNodeBs using Ericsson OSS, conducting field testing of LTE networks, and performing site-specific designs.

Swapnil gained early career experience as a Technical Support Engineer at Reliance Industries from April 2007 to November 2008.

Additionally, they worked at the Office of Information Technology at Southern Methodist University from January 2010 to May 2011.

Through their various roles, Swapnil has developed a strong background in wireless technology, network engineering, data analysis, and customer support.

Swapnil Kadam completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electronics & Telecommunications from the University of Mumbai, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. Swapnil further pursued their education and obtained a Masters degree in Telecommunications from Southern Methodist University, during the period of 2009 to 2011.
