Yoshiyuki Oshima

Yoshiyuki Oshima has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Yoshiyuki started their career in 1994 at Mitsui Mutual Life Insurance Co., Ltd as a Business Analyst, where they worked until 1999. Yoshiyuki then joined NRI (Nomura Research Institute) as a Senior Systems Engineer and remained there until 2016. In 2016, they moved to IBM as an Executive Consultant, and their tenure lasted until 2020. Following that, they joined Deloitte as a Senior Specialist Lead and worked there until 2022. Currently, they are employed at JMDC Inc., where they have held the roles of Director and Insurance Business Unit Solution Div. Director.

Yoshiyuki Oshima has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Sophia University, which they obtained from 1989 to 1994. In 2006, they also completed a non-degree program in GMS Marketing from GLOBIS. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as Insurance Insights & Solutions (Silver) from IBM in July 2018 and Research Member of IAJ from the Institute of Actuary of Japan in May 2017.
