Dan Soule currently serves as the Head Boys Middle School Lacrosse Coach and 7/8 grade coordinator for the South Portland School Department, a position held since October 2023. Soule has been a JMG Specialist for Jobs for Maine's Graduates since August 2015 and previously directed the South Portland Football Program from December 2020 to June 2022. Other coaching roles include Head Boys Lacrosse Coach at Cheverus High School and Head Boys Varsity Lacrosse Coach at Gorham High School. Soule has extensive experience in various educational and athletic positions, including Ed Tech III, Assistant Indoor Track Coach, and General Manager at Gorham Sports Center. Soule holds a B.A. in Communication from the University of Southern Maine.

JMG increases high school graduation rates, college retention, and degree attainment and prepares students for successful careers after graduation by helping them overcome academic, financial, and social barriers. It empowers Maine students and models Maine’s next generation of young leaders, providing them with a toolbox of skills, knowledge and best practices they can use throughout their lives to achieve self-sufficiency, pursue their aspirations and attain success. Each JMG student leaves the classroom with pride, direction, and a clearer sense of what they want out of life and how they are going to achieve it.
