Isaiah Barnes is an accomplished professional in partnership development and talent management, currently serving as the Director of Partnerships at JMI Sports since January 2024. Previously, Isaiah held the position of Business Development Manager at Cycle from March 2023 to January 2025, and served as Creator Partner Manager at Warren James between October 2022 and February 2023. In the role of Talent Coordinator for Creators at Night from February 2021 to October 2022, Isaiah worked with prominent YouTube creators such as Ryan Trahan and Aphmau. Earlier experiences include positions as Junior Analyst at Chaac Ventures and Scouting Assistant with both the Los Angeles Chargers and the Miami Dolphins. Isaiah began a career in finance as a Capital Markets Analyst at NYSE. Isaiah holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Princeton University, earned between 2012 and 2017.
