In this role, Neha manages operations related to copyediting and content creation while providing training and mentorship to a diverse team of copyeditors. Neha is dedicated to knowledge translation, utilizing creative formats to communicate scientific research effectively. Prior to JMIR, Neha held various roles, including Technical Trainer at Cactus Communications and Independent Consultant for content and editorial solutions. Neha's extensive background includes managing large teams, enhancing editorial quality, and collaborating with international clients across multiple content domains. Neha holds a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Microbiology, and Zoology from the University of Mumbai.
