Robert Dellavalle MD, PhD, MSPH is an accomplished medical professional with extensive experience in dermatology and public health. Currently serving as the National Dermatology Program Director and Chief of Dermatology Service at the Rocky Mountain Regional Medical Center within the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs since August 2004, Robert focuses on treating veterans with skin diseases, educating residents and medical students, conducting research, and promoting skin cancer prevention. Additionally, Robert holds the position of Editor in Chief for JMIR Dermatology and is a Professor of Dermatology at the University of Colorado School of Medicine, as well as a Professor of Public Health at the Colorado School of Public Health. Robert's educational background includes a Masters in Public Health from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, an MD/PhD from the University of Chicago, and a BA/MA in Philosophy from UCLA.
