Synthia Smith is the Founder and CEO of The Mitra Group since 1995, specializing in executive, organizational, and personal talent development for a diverse client base, including Fortune 50 companies and startups, having served over 1200 clients. Alongside this role, Synthia serves as a Senior Consultant at JMJ Associates, focusing on transformational programs in global organizations across various industries, notably managing safety culture transformation initiatives with substantial budgets. Synthia's previous experience includes a significant tenure at ExxonMobil, where Synthia advanced from Associate Exploration Geologist to HR Global Geoscience Training & Development Leader, implementing global training programs for over 1000 geoscientists. Synthia holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Indiana University Bloomington and Psychology from the University of Houston, as well as certifications in French Language and Tibetan Buddhism practices.
