Tal Aharon

Tal Aharon is an experienced senior consultant at JMJ Culture Transformation Consulting since 2012, specializing in the Incident and Injury-Free® safety approach for the Caspian Pipeline Consortium in Kazakhstan. Aharon has played a key role in business development, consulting, and customer relations, promoting High-Performance Projects and Organizations™. Previously, Aharon served as Director of Operations at ProcessGene Ltd from February 2005 to 2020 and held the position of Senior Consultant for the Caspian Pipeline Consortium from May 2012 to December 2016. Aharon holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Haifa, completed between 1992 and 1996.
