Donna Jeffries

Donna Jeffries is currently the Director of Customer Service at JMJS, Inc. dba COE Distributing. Donna has been in this position since August 2012. Prior to that, they were a Customer Service Representative at ROTAREX NORTH AMERICA from May 2011 to August 2012. Donna has also held the position of Customer Service Manager at Church & Dwight, Co., Inc. from July 1997 to December 2010. In this role, they were responsible for managing 700+ customer accounts and providing support in acquisitions and divestitures. Donna has extensive knowledge of SAP Order Processing, EDI and the Customer Master Database. Donna is dedicated to providing 100% customer satisfaction at the lowest possible cost.
