Jack Kramer has been working in customer service for over 20 years. Jack began their career as a customer service manager at Church & Dwight, Co., Inc. in 1997. In this role, they were responsible for managing 700+ customer accounts and providing support to sales, trade marketing, supply chain, accounting, transportation, and warehousing. Jack gained extensive knowledge of SAP order processing, EDI, and the customer master database in this role. In 2011, they left Church & Dwight to become a customer service representative at ROTAREX North America. Jack left ROTAREX in 2012 to join JMJS, Inc. as a PA facility manager.
