Cate McQuade

Cate McQuade possesses over 14 years of experience in the legal field, currently serving as both Data Protection Officer and Head of Legal Technology at JMK Solicitors since July 2007. In these roles, Cate has led the development of a bespoke case and practice management system tailored to the requirements of a busy litigation company, with a specific focus on Credit Hire and Personal Injury litigation. Additionally, Cate has previously worked as a Solicitor and Legal Executive, managing significant caseloads in the realm of road traffic accidents and personal injury claims. Since January 2023, Cate has also contributed as a member of the Law Tech Working Group at The Law Society of Northern Ireland. Cate holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from Queen's University Belfast and a Post Graduate Diploma in Professional Legal Education from Ulster University.
