Anissa Knox

Anissa Knox serves as the General Counsel for JMP since October 2022, where responsibilities include addressing all legal matters for a technology company specializing in statistical discovery software. Prior to this, Anissa held the position of Senior Corporate Counsel at Livingston International from 2014 to 2022, focusing on legal issues for a provider of customs brokerage and trade consulting services. Anissa's earlier roles include Managing Member at DavidsonKnox, Legal Consultant for Compassionate Healthcare Nursing Services, In-House Counsel at Baltimore Racing Development LLC, and Assistant General Counsel at US Foods. Anissa began a legal career as a Senior Associate with Lowndes, Drosdick, Doster, Kantor & Reed, P.A., and also served as an Associate at Heller Ehrman White & McAuliffe LLP. Anissa holds a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Harvard University.
