Mike Hartley

Michael Hartley is an accomplished professional in the architecture and engineering field, currently serving as Vice President and Section Head at JMT Architecture since September 2024. With a robust background, Hartley previously held positions as Practice Leader at KCI Technologies, Inc. and Vice President at Sowinski Sullivan Architects, where responsibilities included overseeing teams in planning, design, and construction services. Hartley has also served as Principal Engineer and Construction Manager in prior roles, managing extensive design and construction projects for the transportation industry. Hartley's educational qualifications encompass a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Penn State University, a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Norwich University, and an Associate's degree from HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College.
