In addition to this role, Andrea serves as a Senior Consultant and Delivery Leader at JMW Consultants, focusing on transformational strategies for organizational success. Andrea hosts the World Class Leaders Show podcast, aimed at enhancing human performance among ambitious leaders. Previous experience includes executive roles at The C-Suite Network, Epeus, Adhara Ventures, NAVIM GROUP, Spina Group, Drillmec, and Saipem, where Andrea demonstrated a strong track record in business development, leadership coaching, and market expansion.
