Katie Lowe

Katie has over 10 years’ experience specialising in divorce, the financial aspects of divorce, disputes regarding the arrangements for children and financial applications on behalf of children.

Katie has a wide range of experience in complex financial cases involving overseas assets, business interests, inherited wealth and pre-nuptial agreements. Katie has also dealt with a number of applications involving enforcement and the variation of spousal maintenance.

Katie joined JMW in July 2016 as a Senior Associate solicitor in the Family department and became a Partner within the department in May 2018.

Katie graduated from the University of Leeds with a First Class Law degree during 2004 and went on to complete her Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Chester in 2005 gaining a distinction. Katie joined top tier firm Pannone & Partners as a trainee solicitor during September 2005 and qualified as a solicitor there in September 2007. Katie spent the next 9 years working in the family department with one of the senior partners who also sat as a Deputy District Judge.
