Alvaro Palacios

Alvaro Palacios is an experienced construction professional with a diverse background in site engineering and management. Currently serving as a Site Agent and Site Engineer at JN Bentley Ltd since 2016, Alvaro specializes in the ARPoW framework for the Environment Agency, focusing on setting out, engineering works, and conducting topographical surveys using GPS and Total Station technology.
