Tami Farleigh has over 20 years of work experience, starting in 1999 as a Highway Maintenance Specialist with the Oregon Department of Transportation. Tami then worked as a Human Resource employee at Arden Engineering Inc, where they handled various responsibilities such as payroll, benefits administration, and new employee onboarding. Tami later joined Jam'n Products Inc as a Human Resources Manager before moving on to Carmine, a MicroTelematics, Inc. Company, where they worked as a Human Resource/Recruiter. Tami then served as a Human Resource Manager at Sierra Pacific Engineering & Products and Wems Inc. Currently, Tami holds the position of Human Resources Director at JNR Incorporated.
Tami Farleigh holds a Certificate in Human Resource from SHRM, which they obtained in 2015. In 2013, they obtained a PHR Certification in Human Resources from HRCI. Tami also holds additional certifications, including Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) from HR Certification Institute - HRCI and SHRM-CP from SHRM.
