Ala Jarrar

Ala Jarrar is an accomplished telecommunications professional with extensive experience in leadership and technical roles. Currently serving as CEO of Jo Academy since August 2015, Jarrar previously held significant positions at Ericsson from January 2007 to August 2015, including MBB Engagement Director for the Middle East and North East Africa, overseeing LTE engagements and strategic network evolution for key operators. Other notable roles at Ericsson included Head of MBB Solution Development and CTO for the STC account in Saudi Arabia, where Jarrar excelled in designing solutions and driving sales support. Earlier experience includes RAN engineering at Marconi Wireless and Zain Jordan, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Communication Engineering from Yarmouk University.
