Ajay Kumar

Ajay Kumar is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in the real estate and digital marketing sectors. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Uplux Properties since April 2025, Ajay leads a company dedicated to connecting global buyers with Dubai's real estate market. Additionally, Ajay Co-Founded and serves as Director at Blupord, a creative digital and marketing agency in Dubai, which has evolved from its roots in India. Previously, Ajay was the Chief Executive Officer of Upstream Properties and held various roles in digital technology, performance marketing, and e-commerce with notable companies like Bhatia Brothers Group and Engel & Völkers Dubai. Earlier ventures included founding Blupord and Dekatech IT Services, both focused on digital solutions. Ajay Kumar holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Information Technology from Rajasthan Technical University and has a pilot license from Jazirah Aviation Club.
