Fiachra Kinch

Fiachra Kinch is a seasoned professional in visual merchandising and design, currently serving as the Global Visual Merchandising Manager at Jo Malone London since February 2023. Kinch is also the Founder of Pour, established in May 2016. Previous experience includes roles as Global Visual Designer at Penhaligon's and EMEA Travel Retail Visual Designer at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. Fiachra held multiple positions at Crabtree & Evelyn, ranging from EMEA Visual Manager to Global Creative Visual Merchandiser, and worked at Marks and Spencer in various capacities within the beauty sector. Earlier experience includes positions at Habitat and an internship at Flow Interactive. Fiachra Kinch earned a BDes. in Industrial Design from the National College of Art and Design between 2005 and 2009.
