Hazel Lees

Hazel Lees is an experienced supply chain professional with a robust background in leadership and strategic planning within the beauty and consumer goods sectors. Currently serving as Executive Director BVC and Director GBVC at Jo Malone London since January 2023, Hazel has previously held roles at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. from March 2015 to January 2023, where responsibilities included GBSC Manager and New Product Planning Manager, focusing on global supply chain optimization. Prior to that, Hazel contributed to Organix Brands Ltd as Supply Chain Controller and Supply Chain Manager from April 2008 to March 2015, driving transformational changes and ensuring operational excellence in supply chain management. Early career positions include Demand Manager at Linatex and Line Planner at Estee Lauder Companies Europe, among others. Hazel holds a degree in English Literature and Education Studies from Canterbury Christ Church University, earned between 1995 and 1999.
