Ken Douglas

Ken Douglas has extensive experience in various roles related to construction, facilities, and project management. Ken is currently working as the Director of Store Development, Facilities & Construction at JOANN Stores, where they focus on leading teams and ensuring efficient execution of strategic priorities. Prior to this, Ken worked as a Project Manager at Epcon Communities and as an Owners Representative/Consultant at KDC Service LLC. Ken also served as a Project Executive at The Superior Group and held multiple roles at L Brands, including Associate Vice President of Facilities Planning and Development and Director of Facilities Planning/Construction, Maintenance & Project Management. Earlier in their career, Ken worked as the Director of Design and Construction at Cardinal Health, where they managed multiple construction projects and implemented new strategies for project delivery.

Ken Douglas attended Youngstown State University from 1988 to 1990 and pursued an open degree in Electrical Engineering.
