Ken Kleve

Ken Kleve has extensive work experience in finance and operations roles. Ken currently works at JOANN Stores as the Director of Retail and Supply Chain FP&A. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Supply Chain and Ditto FP&A at the same company. Before joining JOANN Stores, Ken worked at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company for over 15 years, where they held several positions including General Manager of Revenue Management, Manager of Retail Operations and Finance, North American Regional Loss Leader, Manager of Financial Information, Lead Financial Analyst, Senior Accountant, and Senior Auditor. Ken also worked at Bober, Markey, Fedorovich & Co. as a Staff Accountant and at Northeast Tire Mold Inc. as an Accountant. In these roles, they gained experience in financial analysis, planning and forecasting, pricing strategies, operational strategy development, managing teams, and conducting audits.

Ken Kleve earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Management Information Systems from Bowling Green State University, where they attended from 1997 to 2002.
