Eric Kirschner

Eric Kirschner has extensive experience in academia and research, currently serving as Forschungsgruppenleiter, Forschner, and Freier Mitarbeiter at JOANNEUM RESEARCH Forschungsgesellschaft mbH since February 2006. In addition, Eric Kirschner has been a lecturer at FH JOANNEUM since September 2010, teaching courses on introduction to economics, international economics, trade, and social aspects of infrastructure. Previous lecturing roles include teaching at Carinthia University of Applied Sciences from August 2019 to February 2023, focusing on regionality, and at IMC Krems University of Applied Sciences from September 2008 to January 2010. Prior to an academic career, Eric Kirschner worked as a Landschaftsgärtner at Landscape Naturschutz und Landschaftspflege GmbH. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Economics and Environmental Systems Sciences from the University of Graz, and studies at the University of Twente and Bundesgymnasium Dornbirn.
