Kaitlin Hermiller has extensive experience in recruitment and staffing. Kaitlin currently holds the position of Vice President, RPO at Job.com since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked at PrincetonOne, where they held various roles including Vice President, RPO from July 2020 to May 2023, Managing Director, RPO from June 2016 to July 2020, Sr. Program Manager from September 2015 to June 2016, and Recruitment Relationship Manager from September 2014 to September 2015.
