Nabajit Das

Nabajit Das has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the global delivery and recruiting industry. Nabajit is currently the Senior Vice President of Global Delivery at Job.com, where they are responsible for leading the global delivery initiatives for the brand. Prior to that, Nabajit founded and served as the CxO of daddy recruiter, a company that specializes in providing top-quality recruiters. Nabajit also worked as the Vice President of Global Delivery at endevis, where they executed a five-year growth plan and led the organization's global delivery efforts. Before that, they held positions at The Judge Group as a Lead Consultant and Global Strategic & Tactical Recruiting Consultant. Nabajit has also worked as a Global Outreach Consultant at the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research and as a Visiting Researcher at Johnson & Johnson. Nabajit started their career as a Scientific Researcher at the Agency for Science Technology and Research in Singapore.

Nabajit Das pursued their education in a sequential manner, beginning with their enrollment at The British Institutes in 2007. During the period of 2007 to 2009, they served as an intern in Soft Computing, focusing on computer studies. Following this, they attended Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology, Bhubaneswar from 2009 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology. Lastly, in 2012, Nabajit attended the National University of Singapore, where they completed their Master's degree in Molecular Biology and Bioinformatics, concluding their formal educational journey in 2013.
