Fernando Castillo Orejón

Fernando Castillo Orejón is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in growth management and business development. Currently serving as a Senior Growth Manager at Jobandtalent since May 2022, Fernando also co-founded Pedro's House of Lamb, the first store in Spain for a renowned New Zealand gourmet takeaway and delivery brand, in October 2020. Previously, Fernando held the position of National Director for the Inhouse Division at EMPRESAS IMAN from September 2015 to September 2021 and was a founding partner at BG+11, focusing on customer experience, from January 2015 to January 2017. Fernando’s career began at Randstad, where roles included Commercial Director and office management over a span of nearly 15 years. Fernando holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and completed an executive program in Digital Business at The Valley Business & Tech School.
