Frederik Ballon

Frederik Ballon's work experience begins in 1999 as a Consultant at EMDS, where they worked until 2000. Frederik then joined Mezquita & Associates as a Consultant from 2000 to 2001. After that, they worked at Proximus - Belgacom Mobile as a Recruitment/HRIS Project Manager from 2001 to 2003. From 2003 to 2005, they were the Manager of Global Staffing and HRIS at AMI Semiconductors (Now ON Semiconductor). Frederik then moved on to Peoplefluent, where they held various positions including Managing Consultant for EMEA Sales and Account Management from 2005 to 2012, and Managing Director for EMEA from 2013 to 2018. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at iCIMS as the VP of EMEA Revenue, and from 2021 to 2023, they served as the SVP of EMEA Sales. Currently in 2023, they are the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Jobbatical.

Frederik Ballon has a diverse education history. Frederik completed their Master's degree in Psychology at KU Leuven in 1997 and went on to graduate with a Master's degree in Sport & Exercise Psychology from the same university in 1998. In 2002, Frederik pursued a Postgraduate degree in Fundamentals in Management from KU Leuven. More recently, they attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), where they completed the MBA Fundamentals program in 2018. Currently, Frederik is enrolled in two executive education programs. Frederik is scheduled to complete the Wharton Fellowship Program: Innovation, CEO Program Africa [with IESE] at Wharton Executive Education in 2023, as well as the Strategic Sales Management program at IESE Business School in the same year.
