Craig Handy

Craig Handy has extensive work experience in revenue operations and strategy. Craig has held senior positions at various companies, including Jobber, where they served as the Senior Director of Revenue Operations. Craig was also a Customer Advisory Board Member at Chili Piper and a Co-Founder/Investor at Proteam.gg. Prior to that, Craig worked at York IE as the Director of Revenue Operations and GTM Strategy. Craig co-founded Jameson Strategies, a Revenue Operations and CRM consulting partner, before it was acquired by York IE. Craig also worked at Shopify in different roles, including Head of Revenue Automation, Tooling, & Enablement - Global Revenue Operations & Technology, and Head of Post Sales/Evolution - Global Revenue Operations & Technology. Craig started their career at Assent Compliance Inc, where they held various positions in revenue operations, marketing operations, and sales operations. Craig also has experience in finance and administration, having served as the Vice President Finance/CFO at Carleton University Students' Association, Inc. and as the Foot Patrol Administrative Coordinator. Additionally, they worked as an Inclusion Counselor at the City of Orillia, where they supported children with disabilities.

Craig Handy obtained a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree in Psychology from Carleton University. Craig also holds certifications such as HubSpot Solutions Partner, ICAgile Certified Professional, and various certifications from HubSpot Academy including Client Management and Delivering Client Success. Additionally, they have certifications in HighFive Recreation Training and Non-Violent Crisis Intervention from HIGH FIVE Canada and the Crisis Prevention Institute, respectively.
