Jens Tuovinen

Jens Tuovinen has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jens started their career as a Port Service Worker at Valkon Satamapalvelu OY in 2011. Jens then served in the Finnish Defence Forces as part of their military service from July 2012 to June 2013. Following that, Jens had roles as a Catering Assistant at Viking Line in 2014, a Security Guard at VMP Oyj from 2013 to 2015, and a Warehouse Worker at Viking Line in 2015.

In 2015, Jens transitioned to Dressmann AS, where they worked as a Salesperson until January 2022. Jens then joined PSF Finland OY as a Security Guard from April to December 2015.

Moving into a different field, Jens worked at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland from 2021 to 2022. Jens first held the position of an Intern from September to December 2021, and later became a Project Assistant & Team Finland Coordinator, where they collaborated with the Ambassador to define project goals and assisted Finnish companies in entering the Icelandic market.

In 2022, Jens joined Duunitori as an Account Manager, where they helped companies and individuals fulfill their recruitment needs. Jens then moved on to Jobbland in 2023, taking on the role of an Account Manager. Jens helped Jobbland become the fastest-growing recruiting media in Sweden by utilizing the latest marketing technologies and social media.

Overall, Jens Tuovinen has gained extensive experience in sales, security, operations, and project coordination throughout their career.

Jens Tuovinen completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a focus on International Marketing at Novia University of Applied Sciences from 2013 to 2017. Prior to that, they graduated from Lovisa Gymnasium in 2012 with a Finnish Matriculation Examination. Jens also pursued international education opportunities as an exchange student at Udayana University in an unspecified timeframe and as an exchange student at Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México in 2019.

Furthermore, Jens Tuovinen pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) in International Business at Åbo Akademi University from 2018 to 2021. Jens also obtained a Food Hygiene Card from the Finnish Food Safety Authority Evira in June 2015.
