Jeremie Agard

Jeremie Agard has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent position being Head of People Operations at JobCloud AG | jobup.ch - jobs.ch since March 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Human Resources Consultant at the same company from January 2022 to March 2023, and as an HR Consultant from July 2017 to December 2021.

Additionally, Jeremie has worked as an Exam expert at Human Resources Swiss Exams HRSE since September 2020, where they contribute to the education and training of the next HR generation. Before that, they worked as an HR Consultant at AFRY from June 2016 to June 2017. During this time, they were responsible for sourcing, attracting, and recruiting talents from all over the world, as well as supporting the company's employees throughout the employment life cycle.

Jeremie also took a sabbatical in early 2016, during which they travelled in Southeast Asia. Prior to that, they gained valuable experience as a Human Resources Manager at Netstream AG from December 2007 to December 2015. In this role, Jeremie built the HR department from scratch and helped the company grow from a start-up to a middle-sized organization. Jeremie designed and implemented all relevant HR processes and handed over a fully functioning HR department to their successor.

Jeremie Agard has a diverse education history. In 2000-2003, they obtained a "Kaufm. Grundbildung" (Commercial Basic Education) from KV Business School Zürich. In 2013-2014, they specialized in Human Resources, earning a "Specialist in Human Resources with Advanced Federal Certificate of Vocational Education and Training" from NBW Betriebstwirtschaftliche Weiterbildung. Later, in 2019-2020, they achieved a "Certificate of Advanced Studies in Employment Life Cycle" from ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences. Jeremie continued their education at ZHAW Zurich University, obtaining a "Diploma of Advanced Studies in Personnel Psychology IAP" from 2021-2023. Additionally, they are currently pursuing a "Master of Advanced Studies in Human Resource Management" from ZHAW Zurich University, set to be completed in 2023. Jeremie holds various additional certifications, including "Insights MDI Experte" from SCHEELEN® AG - Institute for talent profiling and development in 2017, "Active Sourcing Lab" from Die Grüne 3 GmbH in 2017, and "eidg. HR Fachausweis" from H|R|S|E Human Resources Swiss Exams in 2013.
