Jorge Andrés Escobar S. has a wealth of experience in the business world. Jorge Andrés began their career in 1995 as Credit Life & Mortgage Country Manager for AIG. In 1996, they were promoted to International Manager for GMAC Chile and Colombia, and in 1998 they became Business Banker for Citibank-Citigroup. In the same year, they also took on the role of Gerente Comercial - CCO for Finauto (SK & Atlas (Citibank) Joint Venture Co). From 2000 to 2012, they served as Director of Global-LinkCorp.com, and in 2012 they became Director of Beiben. In 2003, they began teaching at InnovaCollege, UAI, U de Chile, UDLA, USS, U. Sto Tomás, and U. Inacap. In 2005, they founded and became President of PUEDES, a corporate social responsibility program. In 2015, they became Director LatinAmerica for JobCTRL Inc., and in 2017 they became President of the Board of Directors for ECOwaste.cl.

Jorge Andrés Escobar S. began their educational journey in 1974 at Instituto O'Higgins de Rancagua in the VI Region, where they completed their primary education from 3rd to 5th grade. Jorge Andrés then moved to Colegio San Francisco Javier in Puerto Montt, X Region, where they completed 5th to 7th grade. In 1978, they transferred to Colegio Seminario Padre Alberto Hurtado, Chillán, VIII Region, where they completed 7th grade to 3rd year of high school. In 1983, they attended both Liceo Alemán del Verbo Divino de Los Angeles, VIII Region, where they completed 4th year of high school, and Orchard Park High School in New York, USA, where they graduated from the Senior National Honor Society. In 1988, they began their studies at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, where they earned a Bs Cs in Economics BA, and a Licenciado en Ciencias Económicas y Administrativas. In 1996, they completed an MBA (Coordinated with MIT-Boston, USA) in Business and Administration at Universidad Gabriela Mistral.
