Tony Bosco

Tony Bosco has over 20 years of experience in the staffing and recruiting industry. Tony began their career in 1995 as Senior Director of Operations for Advantage Technical Resourcing (formerly TAC Worldwide). In this role, they were responsible for designing, developing, and delivering sourcing and recruiting strategies globally for a $1.5 billion technology, engineering, and commercial staffing enterprise. Tony was a two-time recipient of the President's Excellence Award for achieving aggressive corporate growth and operational re-engineering objectives. In 2010, Tony moved to Spherion where they served as Vice President of Operations. Tony led sourcing and recruiting shared services teams nationally and was responsible for a "matrixed" group of Corporate Staff that managed internal ATS/recruiting/sourcing strategy, business intelligence reporting and analytics, and new market expansion research. Theirteam had direct daily interaction supporting sourcing/recruiting efforts for Major Accounts, representing $300M in annual revenue. In 2012, Tony joined JobDiva as Vice President Sales and Chief Alliance Officer. Tony has been instrumental in JobDiva's success in the recruiting and staffing industry, delivering a demonstrable return on investment to all of its clients' bottom lines.

Tony Bosco completed their Bachelor of Science at Assumption University and attended St Bernards Central Catholic High School.
