Louisa Cartwright

Louisa Cartwright is currently the VP People at JobGet. Louisa has previously held the position of VP Employee Success at Getlabs from December 2021 to April 2022. Prior to that, they were the VP People at Headspace Inc. from December 2016 to July 2021, where they were responsible for strategy, restructure, and transforming the team into a human-centered, data-driven, and scalable organization. Louisa has also worked as an Executive Producer at Freelance Marketing and Creative Services from November 2015 to December 2016, and as Head of Production at VICE Media from March 2015 to November 2015.

Louisa Cartwright holds a Bachelor's Degree in Music from Middlesex University. Louisa also has a Yoga Teacher Training RYT 200 certification from Loyola Marymount University. Louisa has taken extension courses in Yoga Philosophy from Loyola Marymount University as well.
