Tharles

Tharles (Ha Nguyen) has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Their most recent position was as the Director of Engineering at JobHopin, where they focused on building a positive culture, leading software engineering teams, and optimizing product development processes. Prior to that, they served as an Engineering Manager at JobHopin and as a Senior Technical Manager at KNOREX, where they were responsible for leading product development teams, establishing coding practices, and mentoring team members. Tharles also worked as a Technical Architect at Zinio Corp, a PHP Principal Software Developer at Pyramid Consulting Vietnam, and a PHP Technical Leader at Sutrix Group.
