Kia Kaskiaro (Pajunen)

Kia Kaskiaro (Pajunen) has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles.

They started their career as a Customer Service Specialist at Slush in 2013, followed by positions as a Waitress at Classic Pizza Restaurant and Fazer Food Services. They then worked as a Waitress at Hangon Makaronitehdas OY in 2015.

In the same year, they joined Nordic Business Forum as a Customer Service Specialist.

From 2016 to 2018, Kia worked at Hotel Kämp, initially as a Guest Service Agent and later as a Digital Marketing Trainee.

In 2018, they joined Kämp Collection Hotels as an HR & Communication Coordinator, where they were responsible for HR, Communications, and Digital Marketing. They played a key role in developing company culture and methods, planning and executing projects, and actively promoting a positive work environment.

In 2020, Kia worked as a Digital Content Specialist & Photographer at Minska, where they created multichannel media content, managed digital marketing campaigns, and produced visual content for the company's webpage and social media.

From 2021, Kia pursued a master's degree in UX/UI Design at the Institute of Design.

Most recently, they joined Jobilla as a UX Designer in 2022.

Throughout their career, Kia has showcased adaptability and a broad skill set in customer service, digital marketing, content creation, and UX/UI design.

Kia Kaskiaro (Pajunen) has a diverse education history that spans several years. In 2009, they graduated from the Finnish High School in Costa Del Sol. From 2015 to 2018, Kia Kaskiaro (Pajunen) pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Hospitality Administration/Management at Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences. In 2016 and 2017, they attended Helsinki Design School to study Photography, although the degree obtained is unspecified.

Continuing their education, Kia Kaskiaro (Pajunen) engaged in a variety of open university studies. In 2020, they focused on Communication and Media Studies at the University of Helsinki. In 2021, they pursued Computer Science at Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences and also enrolled in Design and Visual Communications, General at Metropolia University of Applied Sciences.
