Ville Manninen

Ville Manninen has a diverse work experience, starting from their current position as the Director of Engineering at Jobilla, where they have been working since April 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Manager at EY-Parthenon from September 2020 to April 2023.

Before transitioning into managerial roles, Ville worked as an Agile Coach at Industry62 from September 2017 to September 2020, helping teams and organizations improve their effectiveness. Ville also served as a Scrum Master at Lindorff from October 2016 to August 2017, guiding a team of developers and testers through an evolutionary change in their development methodology.

Ville's experience in software development includes serving as a Software Developer at Affecto from May 2012 to October 2016, where they worked on full stack development with Java, Spring, Scala, and different frontend libraries.
